- I like your site, it brings back memories for me on my first posting.
- I would like to inform you of the death of Chris Green [maiden Name] who served at Shinfield Park from 1966 to her discharge on marriage to me in March 1968.
- Chris and I had two sons, Justin and Jeremy.
- I served until 2003, in both the RAF and RAFR, serving at many locations, and visited most RAF Units, and now live in Canada with my wife.

- I arrived from RAF Hereford as a Clk Sec in May 1965 [last of the Boy Entrants 51st] I was too young for a rank and was known for some time as the ‘Boy Entrant’, I worked in P2 Records for some time and then moved to the General Office, where I was Ration & Leave Clerk. I was also stand-in for the Postal Clerk, when she was on leave.
- I remained in the RAF/RAFR until March 2002, when I retired. I was overseas quite a lot both with the RAF and the Foreign Office and in early 1990, I was one of the team leaders who brought in the Computerised clerical and accounting procedures.
- I knew Greg North and quite a few others mentioned on the web site and when I was in the block I lived next to Bob Cuss.
- I will see if I have any photographs, however with over 25 postings after SP a lot have them have been lost, strangely I only met a few from Shinfield Park.
